Greetings Members:

  Your 2010-11 Executive Board held their transition and executive board meeting on August 12 & 13th to put together goals for the coming year. 

 Mrs. Cindy Lewis was the guest speaker during the transition meeting, and gave a history of why FASFAA was established, and where we are headed. 

  Stay tuned for her presentation to be posted and sent out to all members.

The following (5) Topics are being addressed, with updates due by October 20, 2010:

·         Website:  User friendly/Services to members, students and parents

·         Chief Financial Officer Committee: Look at ways to ensure that our association remains viable and financially stable. 

·         Training:  VP of training and regional representatives will provide full training along with sites; Look for updates soon.  

·         Special Projects:  Logo Review & Policy & Procedure review and update

·         Membership & Volunteerism:  Continue to encourage new members and volunteerism:  Look for updates soon.

Your executive board remains committed and focused in keeping the FASFAA purpose moving forward for years to come.
