FASFAA is pleased to invite you to support our 2027–2028 annual conference and year-round training events, which serve financial aid professionals across Florida. Your partnership helps us advance our mission and create meaningful opportunities for professional growth and collaboration.

We have expanded and refined our sponsorship and exhibiting options for the upcoming year, offering you greater visibility and engagement with our members. This includes opportunities to advertise, exhibit, and connect throughout the year.

Our 2027 Conference theme, “Better Together,” reflects the board’s focus on the FASFAA members, vision of unity, collaboration, and shared purpose. We hope you will join us as an important part of the FASFAA community.

The conference will be held in St. Petersburg, FL at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront. The dates are May 25 - 28, 2027.

Please review the 2027–2028 FASFAA Business Partner Opportunities and A La Cart pages to explore the available opportunities. Continue on to the registration form and select the options that are best for you. Some sponsorship items may require additional coordination, and we are happy to assist with any questions you may have.

Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to partnering with you in the year ahead!

Thank you,

Becky Davis
