Financial Aid Advisor - Sullivan and Cogliano Training Centers, Inc. - North Miami Campus
Due to growth, Sullivan and Cogliano Training Centers, Inc. is searching for a responsible Financial Aid Advisor. The individual in this position is primarily responsible for the assessment which determines student’s financial aid eligibility. Additionally, this individual is accountable for the one on one counseling and advising involved in ensuring students are compliant with their federal financial aid.

Responsibilities
Oversee the packaging of student financial aid.
Maintain accurate and timely submission of financial aid packages
Maintain familiarity with all applicable financial aid regulations and procedures
Ensure quality customer service to students
Conduct entrance interviews, testing, and exit interviews as required by Title IV and company regulations
Honor and enforce campus policies and procedures
Job Requirements
Knowledge of Federal and State financial aid regulations
Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent customer service skills
Computer literacy
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
3 years Financial Aid experience
Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
