Program Specialist, Financial Aid; Position number 113250
The Financial Aid Office at the University of West Florida invites applications to apply for the position of Program Specialist.
Salary: $28,000
Qualifications: A high school diploma and four years of appropriate experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute for the required experience. Candidate must have strong customer service and communication skills; experience dealing with a high volume of customers with diverse backgrounds; financial aid experience preferred.
Duties: The Program Specialist will provide assistance via the phone, front counter, and email to current and prospective students/parents, other campus departments, and outside agencies; sends student communication; manages the financial aid email account; responsible for processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
