The Senior Advisor, Financial Assistance is responsible for advising students, parents and other customers, in person and via the telephone, with regards to financial aid issues. Reviews student files, correspondence and awards financial assistance in accordance with University, state, and federal regulations. Serve as a liaison with other university departments and conduct financial presentations both on and off campus. Works and makes decisions independently.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a financial assistance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Review of resumes will continue until a successful candidate has been identified. Position 008946.
