Eastern Florida State College is currently seeking applications for the full-time position of Assistant Manager of Financial Aid in Brevard County on Florida's beautiful Space Coast.
Reporting to the Financial Aid Manager, the Financial Aid Assistant Manager counsels students and parents about financial aid and manages special projects to ensure high levels of staff training and excellent service to students. The Assistant Manager proactively reaches out to students with complex financial aid applications and presents at outreach and recruitment events both on and off-campus. The Assistant Manager supervises the Financial Aid Specialists in the absence of the Financial Aid Manager. The Assistant Manager works evening hours as needed to ensure office coverage and travels between campuses as needed for office coverage, meetings, or other business needs.
Qualified applicants will possess a Bachelor’s degree and prior financial aid or higher education student services experience.
