Due to growth we are searching for a responsible Financial Aid Manager to lead the overall financial aid staff and functions in our private career ready business school in North Miami, Florida. Must be hands on and a passionate leader who possesses at least 4 years of financial aid experience with a minimum of 2 years in leadership. Will maintain 100% accuracy on all financial aid student files, supervise Financial Aid Advisors and provide excellent customer service to students and their families. Responsible and accountable for 100% compliance with all Title IV Regulations and will attend various financial aid seminars in order to maintain up to date industry knowledge.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the packaging of student financial aid.
• Maintain accurate and timely submission of financial aid packages
• Maintain familiarity with all applicable financial aid regulations and procedures
• Ensure quality customer service to students
• Conduct entrance interviews, testing, and exit interviews as required by Title IV and company regulations
• Honor and enforce campus policies and procedures
Job Requirements
• Knowledge of Federal and State financial aid regulations
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer literacy
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• 4 years Financial Aid experience
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish and/or Creole)
