Directly responsible for the day-to-day activities of up to 5 Student Finance Support Supervisors and indirect supervision for up to 50 Student Finance Support Representatives. Managing all facets of team production, accuracy and quality, the Student Finance Support Manager is solely responsible for meeting the key performance indicators of their assigned supervisors, while maintaining focus on the best interest of the student, the campus and the company. Work with internal personnel to effectively and efficiently operationalize regulatory changes and process improvements into operational processes. Provide feedback to training and customer support groups in order to ensure highest quality of service to the campus and student. Maintain relationships with internal regulatory and audit and compliance departments as well as external regulatory bodies as needed.

• Manage and monitor staff production to maximize quality, consistency, compliance and efficiency of all operational activities.
• Manage and monitor internal quality control, support desk feedback and audit results for operational activities to ensure timely identification of risks or opportunities.
• Ability to monitor and supervise staff production and quality.
• Ability to hire, train, supervise and coach supervisors and their direct reports
• Proven record of leading and managing a team to sucess
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi task, organize and establish priorities
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

• Flexible with work hours or shift, including weekends if necessary
• Knowledge of CampusVue program desired

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) required
• Minimum of 5 years financial aid experience with 2 years in a management position.
• Complete routine performance monitoring and provide regular, structured feedback and coaching to ensure the highest quality results.
• Assist in staff hiring and training.
• Provide process improvement recommendations in order to maximize compliance, efficiency and customer service.
• Monitor and manage subordinate’s administrative tasks, including but not limited to: attendance and tardiness tracking, payroll, and corrective action.
• Other related duties as assigned.
