INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS: Thank you for presenting at the FASFAA 2025 Annual Conference!
To support a consistent look and feel, we encourage (but do not require) presenters to use the FASFAA 2025 PowerPoint Template.
Audio/Visual Setup: Each meeting room will be equipped with a laptop, LCD projector, screen, equipment table, and power source.
Presentation Submission: Please email your final presentation to Sara Kaufman at [email protected] by Thursday, May 15, 2025. Presentations will be posted on the conference website and shared with registered attendees. If your presentation is not submitted in advance in PowerPoint format, you must bring it on a USB drive.
Presenter Checklist:
- Use the FASFAA 2025 PowerPoint Template (optional, recommended)
- Submit your final presentation to Sara Kaufman by May 15, 2025
- Provide your introduction/bio to your moderator
- Register for the conference, or notify Sara if you're only presenting (still check in to receive credentials)
- Arrive at your session at least 10 minutes early
- For any issues, visit the Conference Committee in the Windsong Pre-Function area

INFORMATION FOR MODERATORS: Thank you for serving as a moderator at the FASFAA 2025 Annual Conference!
Before the Conference:
- Contact your assigned presenter(s) to request a bio or introduction details
- Confirm how they would like to be introduced
On the Day of the Session:
- Attend the mandatory Moderators Meeting on Tuesday, May 27 at 2:00 PM in Windsong 4
- Arrive at the session room at least 10 minutes early
- Assist the presenter with loading the presentation, if needed
- At session start: Welcome attendees and introduce the presenter
- At session end: Remind attendees about the post-conference evaluation
Moderator Checklist:
- Connect with presenter(s) in advance
- Attend the Moderators Meeting (May 27, 2:00 PM, Windsong 4)
- Arrive early and assist with setup if needed
- Welcome, introduce, and close session
